If meditating  on Supreme pure consciousness is not possible. Then meditate on my manifest form. Bring to mind by day and by night, my figure from head to foot, with all it's attributes.

Meditating on me this way (my manifest form), your mind will gradually concentrate so closely that the distinction between the mediator and the object of meditation will cease to exist for you.

The tender glance of the Guru is as a shower of nectar

The tender glance of the Guru is as a shower of nectar, which brings to the disciple the nourishment of self-rejoicing.  

My stories which you hear from your ear

My stories which you hear from your ear. If you store them in your heart, you will have opened up yourself a mine of your own weal and all your sins will be washed away.  

Never accept gratis the labour

Never accept gratis the labour (or property) of others. This should be the rule of your life.  

The innermost self is

The innermost self is God himself and He who is God is also the Guru. There is not slightest difference between these three. 

When the repeated contemplation

When the repeated contemplation becomes perfect and the difference between the meditation and meditator  disappears, then the mind becomes calm and steady, like the lamp on the windless night. This is Samadhi. 

It is then that the real Self appears in meditation

'Free from all desires, and knowing that He dwells in all living beings, that 'nothing exist in the world but I', when the state of fearlessness comes, it is then that the real Self appears in meditation. 

To experience the oneness of the Self

To experience the oneness of the Self in all beings is the utmost limit of all Knowledge. Emancipation (Liberation) and Bliss are really born from such knowledge. 

I am present everywhere

I am present everywhere _ in water , on land , or even in a dry twig , among men and in wilderness , in foreign lands and in my own . I pervade even the radiant sky .I am not confined to any one country .
