If anybody is angry with anybody, he wounds me too quick. I anybody abuses another, I feel pain. If  anybody bravely endures the abuse, I feel highly pleased.

The devotee, who listens to my stories with faith and devotion will have Self-realisation, which will bring in tune, both his Jiva (Atma) and Shiva (Brahman)

It is I who seek them (devotees) out and bring them to me

Let His man (Devotee) be at any distance

Let His man (Devotee) be at any distance, a thousand koss away from Him, he will be drawn to Shirdi like a sparrow, with a thread tied to its feet

The tender glance of the Guru is as a shower of nectar, which brings to the disciple the nourishment of self-rejoicing.  

The innermost self is God himself and He who is God is also the Guru

How fascinating was my Guru's school!

How fascinating was my Guru's school! So much so that I forgot my fond attachment to my parents; the chain of delusion, attachment was broken and I was liberated, quite effortlessly.

The attitude of ' you ' and ' me ' is this wall between the guru and his disciple. If it is not pulled down, the state of oneness between them is difficult to breach.

Treat with due respect who ever may come to you

Treat with due respect who ever may come to you. Give water to the thirsty, food to the hungry, cloths to the unclothed and shelter to the destitute. It will please God. 

This universe is all a leela (illusion, play) of God. God is in the Lord and the Master. There is no other Truth.

Offer your mind and intellect to Me

Offer your mind and intellect to Me, remembering me all the time. Such a one will not care what befalls his body or when. Surely, he is without fear.

If you make Me the sole object of your thoughts

If you make Me the sole object of your thoughts and aims, you will attain paramartha, the supreme goal.

Forget your name and form. What remains ?

There is no need to go far to find Me. I am always in you. Forget your name and form. What remains? That supreme consciousness is Myself. You see Me in yourself and in all beings. He who loves Me thus and meditates on Me surely comes to Me. This is the truth supreme.
