You must always adhere to truth and fulfill all the promises you make. Have faith and patience. Then I will be always with you wherever you are.

Know that that which is Knowledge incarnate

 

Know that that which is Knowledge incarnate, or Supreme Pure Consciousness or Blissful Joy. That is my true nature. So meditate on it regularly.

If meditating on Supreme pure consciousness is not possible.

 

If meditating  on Supreme pure consciousness is not possible. Then meditate on my manifest form. Bring to mind by day and by night, my figure from head to foot, with all its attributes.

This is Samadhi.

 

When the repeated contemplation becomes perfect and the difference between the meditation and meditator  disappears, then the mind becomes calm and steady, like the lamp on the windless night. This is Samadhi.

For the purpose of meditating upon the Guru.

All my sense organs, including the mind, had left their places and come to stay in my eyes alone, for the purpose of meditating upon the Guru.

 

I feel indebted to him

 

I feel indebted to him who surrenders himself completely to Me and ever remembers Me. I shall repay his debt by giving him salvation, self-realisation.

Who sows surely reaps its fruits,

  Who sows surely reaps its fruits, why should other suffer with anxiety?  

In field of action the body disintegrates, so never waste time in leisure.

Himself, the guru may be very powerful

Himself, the guru may be very powerful, but from the disciple he expects only a penetrating insight, unwavering faith in the guru and the strength of a courageous forbearance.
